Volndear has a zero-tolerance policy for any content that involves child sexual abuse or exploitation. Such content is immediately removed, and the appropriate actions are taken, including reporting to law enforcement agencies.

Users can report harmful content (events) in the app with just a few clicks by clicking on link in the app called “Report this event”

Published Standards Against CSAE

Volndear strictly prohibits:

• The sharing, solicitation, or promotion of child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
• The use of the platform for grooming, exploitation, or any other behaviour that endangers children.
• Any content that violates child protection laws.
• We adhere to global best practices, to combat online child sexual abuse and exploitation.

Reporting Mechanism

Volndear provides reporting mechanism within the app to help users report inappropriate content (events) or block user, including potential CSAE. Here’s how it works:

• Users can report a content (Event) by clicking the “Report this event” option available on every event detail page with in the app.
• Upon clicking “Report this event” user will be prompted to enter a reason for the report and provide additional details.
• All reports are escalated for immediate review and action.
• Users can block other users by clicking the “Block this user” option available on user profile page inside the app.

Addressing Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)

When manual reports of CSAM are received, Volndear:

• Immediately removes the offending content and blocks the responsible account.
• Reports the content to the appropriate authorities in compliance with applicable laws.
• Cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies to ensure swift action.

Compliance with Child Safety Laws

Volndear complies with all applicable child protection laws, including those governing:

• The identification and reporting of child sexual exploitation.
• Data privacy and security regulations to protect minors.
